Thank you so much for all your help in making our dream come true. Words just can't describe how happy wea are with our new home. We finally got the last of our things moved in last weekend and are starting to realize we are home. Here is a picture of the finished home for you to see.

Everything went very smoothly, especially the financing end of things. You did what you said you would do and you did it the utmost professionalism. We are very lucky to have found you when we did. Back when we first started thinking about this project, we had no idea how to borrow the money to do it. We spoke to at least a dozen local banks and national mortgage companies and they all laughed at us when we told them we wanted to be our own general contractor and do some of the work ourselves. Just as we were about to give up, we happened across your site and requested some information, figuring we would hear something to scare us off. But, instead, what we got was complete professionalism and expertise. You and your company really are the owner-builder experts!

We ended up doing the painting ourselves and left everything else to the experts. We were very careful who we chose to do the subcontracting and all worked out very well. The best part of the whole things is that we saved over $50,000 by managing the contracting ourselves. All for zero down and only about $2,000 out of own pockets.

I will gladly recommend you to anyone I know thinking about building a home - with or without a contractor. I know you would give them the same great service and the same great treatment as we got. Count us in as big fans of your company.
