Dear Owner Builder 101:

When Karen and I started looking for a source to finance our new home, you were the first company we spoke to who actually sounded like you knew what you were doing. And, it proved to be true - you helped us every step of the way and got us the loan we needed to make our dream home a reality.

We couldn't believe that you were able to give us 100% financing to buy the land and build our house. The only other companies that we spoke to who said they could do that wanted to charge us some ridiculous fees for "consulting." The biggest problem with that was that I had no confindence they knew what they were talking about. Your program was better in every way.

We ended up completing our house in 10 months for just under $320,000, including the lot. The appraisal we got at the beginning of the loan said it would be worth $407,000. We knew the value had probably gone up some while we built, so we ordered a new appraisal on our own last week from the same appraiser. The new value was $425,000. That means we moved in with over a hundred thousand dollars of equity!! Amazing!

Thank you for everything you did for us. We are now thinking about doing another one as an investment and will let you know when we find the right lot. We will definately be back in touch.
